We have purchased all our art as part of our own collection from reputed sellers and galleries. We make every effort to ensure that we source authentic works. We will issue a certificate of authenticity to stand behind what we sell.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION PRINT?

When a print is a limited edition, it is one of only a limited number of copies produced, and once these have sold out there won’t be any more available.  An artist prints a couple of copies of a print in the very final design stages, to test colours and to see if any corrections need to be made.  These are called Artist Proofs, marked A/P.  Once the print design is finalised, the edition starts.  The first print of an edition of 175, for example, is numbered 1/175 and the last one would be 175/175.  The edition number is placed in the bottom left hand corner of the print and the artist signs the print in the bottom right hand corner. The product page of our website will show you how many editions each particular print has.

WILL MY PRINT BE SIGNED AND/OR EDITIONED?

All prints ordered from our website will be numbered and signed by the artist.

HOW CAN I ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF ARTWORKS?

As well as being numbered and signed by the artist, all prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

THE PRINT I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHAT NOW?

We do not re-release or restock limited edition prints once they are sold out. 

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY PRINT ARRIVES SAVELY?

Both prints and framed prints are well packaged for a safe delivery.

 

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay for your order using Paypal. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

No, once an order has been placed we cannot add additional items to it. If you would like any additional items, however, please place another order on the website. If we can include your new order in the same shipment, we will be happy to refund the shipping costs, in any, for the additional item. If the initial order had free shipping and the additional item includes shipping the shipping charges will apply for the whole order. 

DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE OVER TIME?

All prices are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

Yes, montclarecollection.com is safe and secure. We use a world class ecommerce solution, along with SSL encryption, and a variety of other enhancements to maintain a PCI compliant shopping environment.

THIS IS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE WITHIN THE PACKAGE? 

Prices are always declared on the package for insurance and customs reasons. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We offer an easy returns policy, with a 14 day money back guarantee. You can return or exchange any item purchased over the phone or on our website within 14 days, given it is in the original packaging and in unused condition.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

An estimated delivery cost is included in your order. We will refund you any excess once we have shipped your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Original artwork will arrive in 5-10 days. Prints take longer as we manufacture them specifically against your order, sign them and then ship them. This could take 20 days. Items from the Museum shop vary, as they are also manufactured against your order, but should arrive in 10 days or less.
